Servant leadership is the foundation on which our ministry is built.

- We serve the Christian community out of our passion and call to see the area of worship arts thrive. (Luke 19:40)

Godly relationships make good worship teams.

- We build effective worship teams by empowering leaders to foster healthy relationships. (Eph. 4:32, Col. 3: 15-17)

Our desire is to leave a legacy of God-honoring worship ministry, based on valuing people over performance.

- We mentor worship leaders for the purposes of building worship teams that are authentic, and passing on their skills to the next generation. (Titus 2:1-8)
