The Future

Equip

We strive to help each person fulfill his or her creative potential.

- We help equip creatives, through various methods, for service to the church and community. (Eph.4:11-13)

Collaboration

The priority of the worship leader and the lead pastor having a good working relationship is key, as is the worship leader's connection to the team.

- We encourage worship leaders to work closely with their lead pastors for optimal spiritual impact on their congregations. (Heb. 13:17)

Prefer Others

Servant leadership is the foundation on which our ministry is built.

- We serve the Christian community out of our passion and call to see the area of worship arts thrive. (Luke 19:40)

Relationships

Godly relationships make good worship teams.

- We build effective worship teams by empowering leaders to foster healthy relationships. (Eph. 4:32, Col. 3: 15:17)

The Future

Our desire is to leave a legacy of God-honoring worship ministry, based on valuing people over performance.

- We mentor worship leaders for the purposes of building worship teams that are authentic, and passing on their skills to the next generation. (1Tim. 4:1&2)
