Jeff and Jenny started leading worship together when they were teens. After touring in Altar Boys, a Christian punk rock band, from 1982-1993, Jeff joined the staff at High Desert Church in Victorville, CA where he served as Worship Pastor for 18 years. Jenny was an active part of the worship ministry as a vocalist and keyboardist. Jenny worked as a music teacher in California and Arizona, taking an extended break to be home with three boys. After leaving HDC, Jeff took a position Saguaro Canyon Church in Tucson, AZ where he served for almost 5 years. While at SCC, Jeff started working with Worship Catalyst as a coach and mentor for worship leaders involved in church planting. WC identifies, disciples and coaches worship leaders for new churches. Jeff was with Worship Catalyst for about eight years with  four of those years focused on leading leaders through Worship Leader Essentials. He had the privilege of working with over 60 worship leaders while serving with Worship Catalyst. Jeff recently left his position as Worship Pastor at The Church at Arrowhead in Glendale, AZ. Jeff and Jenny love leading worship and training leaders together.
