Worship Leader Gathering
Desire:
To create a place where worship leaders from local churches can connect, worship together, and encourage one another while growing in their spiritual health, leadership, and ability to serve their churches. Our desire is to provide a relaxed and supportive atmosphere for fellowship, training, worship, and encouragement.
Why:
Currently, 70% of churches in the U.S. have 100 or fewer regular participants. While every church deserves a well-trained, discipled, and growing worship leader, many small churches rely on volunteers who may not have access to that training and support. We want to journey alongside these leaders and their churches, providing the training, discipleship, and encouragement they need to grow as worship leaders.

Our primary focus will be worship leaders serving churches with 100 or fewer regular participants. However, anyone who wants to grow, connect, and be encouraged as a worship leader will be welcome.
Where:
Arizona School of Worship is looking for a church willing to provide space for the gathering one Monday evening each month. We would need a room for dinner, worship, teaching, and fellowship, along with access to a kitchen.
What:
There are ministries in the greater Phoenix area that encourage worship leaders and pastors, but many of their meetings take place during lunchtime or other regular work hours. For part-time and volunteer worship leaders, attending these meetings can be difficult.
We want to create an evening gathering that makes it easier for these leaders to participate. We know there is no perfect time to ask a leader to step away from work or family, so we are committed to making every minute count. Our goal is to provide meaningful worship, practical training, spiritual encouragement, and genuine fellowship in a relaxed environment—helping these leaders become stronger and healthier as they serve their churches.
